A free hands-on experience for foster youth, alumni & families
Kick off the new year with intention at our first Fostering Fellowship event — a Vision Board Workshop designed to inspire, connect, and uplift.
This FREE experience welcomes foster youth and alumni ages 5–24, along with their families, to come together in a supportive, creative space where you can dream big, set goals, and start the year with purpose.
What to Expect
- Guided vision board workshop – create a board to take home and keep your goals front and center
- Light bites and refreshments
- Time to connect, reflect, and build community with peers and families
- A safe, affirming environment to just be you

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring anything?
No, all necessary supplies will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own photos, magazines, etc. if you wish!
Will there be food or drinks?
Yes! We’ll have some light bites and beverages available for you.
Do I have to talk or share?
Only if you want to. We encourage reflection, but sharing is never required
Is parking available?
There is free street parking available on holidays. We suggest parking and entering on 10th Street.
Can I attend if I’m not in foster care or not within the age range?
This event is exclusively for foster youth and alumni ages up to age 24 and their families. If you’re outside that group, we’d love your support at future public events.
Will I be photographed?
Participants will be asked to sign a media release so that event images may be used to inspire others through our website, social media, and future outreach.
